A sucker for point of sales items, I bought two faux dry rose pods at Pottery Barn a while ago for the back of my powder room toilet, but it just didn't work. Instead of returning them, I held onto them and kept them tucked away in a hallway nook. A few weeks ago, I went back to the store and saw they were on sale for $8 each. Again, I couldn't resist so I bought four more. This time, I knew exactly how I could use them.
To see what she did with the accent pieces,
I have this large empty space in my living room that is begging for art, but I haven't found the right piece at the right price. With six nails, a few rose accents, and a measuring tape, I have a floral wallscape that only took a small bite out of my wallet.
