Do You Decorate With Museum Domes?

I love the mix of decorative and practical objects on this white dresser, including the museum dome covering the orchid blooms. While glass domes are often seen covering cakes in the kitchen, they're also fantastic for decorating with in every room.

The item would have to be very special. More than one museum dome in a room is overkill.

I agree with hippiecowgirl. I collect classic Hollywood memorbillia (mainly Wizard of Oz stuff... its an embarrassing habit at times) and I have a Dorothy doll that I got when I was 3 that NEEDS one of these 'lil domes...

I like this look and would incorporate it if I had just the right object to cover.
