Do You Hang Mistletoe?

While mistletoe may be a parasitic plant (it lives in the branches of trees or shrubs), I can't hold that against it. In fact, I'll take any excuse to kiss my sweetie, and hanging mistletoe is as good a reason as any.

I don't. I didn't know it was toxic to pets though, that is good to know.

I used to years ago, but don't anymore. It's toxic to pets and having my dog in the house, I choose not to hang, it for her safety.

This reminds me of a funny holiday story. About my father ex-girlfriend, she was normally against violence, but her son was in to rifles and liked to go to the shooting range. One night around the holidays she got extremely ripped ad decided to "save the trees". So, she had someone drive her around the property which was rather large and with her son's riffle she shot (out the car window) the mistletoe out of the trees!

Growing up, we used to have plastic mistletoe that we would hang from the ceiling. I always enjoyed it, I'd like to hang some in my house.
