Speculation is he scooped up the 4,445-square-foot, four-bedroom home as a guest house. Must be nice, eh?

The open floor plan ranch house was built in 1955 and has been luxuriously updated. It has top-of-the-line appliances in the kitchen, hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and numerous fireplaces.
