We all know and love Ellen DeGeneres [1] for her contagious laugh and humor that could brighten any day [2], but did you know she's also quite the real estate guru? Over the last few years, Ellen has bought and sold homes that cost tens of millions of dollars [3], and her latest listing is just another flip to add to her résumé. The 58-year-old TV host has recently put one of her two luxurious Los Angeles condos on the market for just under $7 million.

The two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo sits on 3,800 square feet [4] and overlooks the beautiful, and notorious, Los Angeles Country Club. If you're not sold by the breathtaking views of the city, maybe the custom-fitted closets in both bedrooms will do it for you! There's also a full-height wine refrigerator in the kitchen and a Pilates room in the building. Ellen purchased the condo [5] inside the Beverly West building during the summer of 2014 and tried to sell it for $8.5 million just six months after. She has listed the condo twice before, but we're hopeful it's going to sell because third time's a charm!
