Rip open 3-4 brown paper grocery store bags until they are flat pieces of paper. Tape them together on one side using painter's tape so you have one large flat surface of material to work with. On the opposite side, paint several coats of black chalkboard paint, doing light layers and allowing each layer to dry before applying another coat. Once dry, use chalk to trace out the silhouette shape you want and cut it out using sharp scissors. Use double stick tape to attach your silhouette to a window, and add detail to it using chalk.
