When he's not racking up hit movies, best actor nominee Leonardo DiCaprio [1] is accumulating real estate. He rents out his $5.23 million midcentury modern Palm Springs ranch for $4,500 a night with a two-night minimum. If this home isn't quite your speed, you can also hole up at Leo's modest Malibu beach pad [2], which he rents monthly.
Kate Winslet
Kate Winslet [3]'s light-filled NYC Penthouse [4] is laid-back and luxurious. The Oscar winner and 2016 best supporting actress nominee rents out her three-bedroom and three-and-a-half-bathroom condo for $30,000 a month.
Matt Damon
He might've been stuck on another planet in his best-actor-nominated role in The Martian, but in real life, Matt Damon resided in this Miami mansion [5]. He and his family purchased two neighboring lots on Biscayne Bay to custom build the expansive Mediterranean-style compound in 2005 before listing it for $20 million in 2013.
Jennifer Lawrence
Jennifer Lawrence [6] just put a fourth Oscar nomination (including one win) under her belt. The only thing more in demand than her acting skills? Her Beverly Hills mansion [7], which was occupied by Jessica Simpson [8] and Ellen DeGeneres [9] before that. The 5,550-square-foot home boasts five bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths. Plenty of room for Jennifer to keep all her awards in.
Rachel McAdams
While the talented Rachel McAdams [10] doesn't live here in real life, her famous (or infamous) Mean Girls [11] character, Regina George, called this 20,000-square-foot estate [12] home. These digs are much more luxurious than where her Oscar-nominated character Sacha Pfeiffer lived in Spotlight.
