James Marsden Buys Midcentury Home in the Hollywood Hills

Is James Marsden or His New Midcentury Modern Home Dreamier?

James Marsden Buys Midcentury Home in the Hollywood Hills

Looking at James Marsden's new midcentury modern home is almost better than watching him on screen. Don't you love a man with good taste? The actor just purchased the most perfect house in the Hollywood Hills for $1.8 million, and we're in love. The house, built in 1959, was designed by architect Edward H. Fickett — the man behind the flair in Dodger Stadium, Hotel Cabo San Lucas, and the LA Police Academy. The pad includes floor-to-ceiling windows, post-and-beam interiors, and a massive swimming pool, of course. With 8,670 square feet that includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms, we're guessing the actor isn't complaining. Check out a tour of his new abode while you wait for his new movie to come out next week.
