The modest two-bedroom, three-bathroom Santa Monica townhouse went on the market in June and was just purchased for $1.17 million. In 2006, before she made it big, Jennifer purchased the home for $879,000. The 1,413-square-foot space features hardwood floors throughout, a living room fireplace, dining area, patio off the living room, and kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom has a dramatic vaulted ceiling, bathroom and its own in-suite bathroom. We would have to say Jennifer was doing alright for a struggling actress!
