Johnny listed the 1,707-square-foot home for $1.995 million, but a bidding war spiked the closing price up to $2.5 million. Johnny's profit is even more impressive when you consider that he bought the house from Patrick Dempsey [2] in 2001 for a mere $982,500. He's already upgraded to a $9 million mansion in Beverly Hills [3], which he bought from actor Jason Statham. If his decorating tastes are anything like costar Kaley Cuoco's [4], we can expect him to decorate his new pad extravagantly.
