Meet Kylie Jenner's Secret Design Weapon

We're all obsessed with Kylie Jenner's multimillion-dollar home [1], and not just because the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan is a homeowner at the tender age of 17. Kylie has been captivating fans of both her television show and interior design by teasing decor details [2] as she redesigns and moves into the stunning space. It turns out, though, that the teen has had some professional help bringing her family's trademark glitzy, edgy style to the five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath mansion in Calabasas, CA.

Enter Los Angeles decorator Jeff Andrews [3]. He's the one guiding Kylie along as she decorates her first-ever grown up home. She gave him a shout-out last week on Instagram, writing, "Thanks for helping me bring my visions to life @jeffandrewsdsgn." Jeff returned the love via social media, highlighting a baroque black-and-gold-skull-print wallpaper bound for her powder room with the caption, "Very @kyliejenner."

But who is Jeff Andrews? A former choreographer and director, Jeff is now one of Hollywood's most in-demand decorators. He's worked with a long list of A-listers, including Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting [4], Ryan Seacrest [5], Michael C. Hall, and many more.

It turns out that Jeff's background with the Kardashians is extensive. He's done a great deal of work on Kylie's mom Kris Jenner's own Calabasas house [6], even reconfiguring the home's double height, black and white tile entryway [7]. A few years ago, Jeff and Kylie crossed paths when he redid her room at Kris's house. Describing his work in a 2012 interview with Interiors [8], Jeff said, "Kylie likes a dark and edgy vibe." To meet those ends, he brought pieces like a skull pillow, a faux-chinchilla blanket, and a large piece of art featuring bright red lips into Kylie's former bedroom. Jeff has also outfitted homes belonging to Kylie's sisters Khloé [9] and Kourtney [10], as well as the West Hollywood outpost of Dash owned by the Kardashians.

Here's to hoping that Kylie and Jeff continue to show more of Kylie's stunning new pad on social media. Otherwise, we'll likely have to wait until the cameras enter to shoot the space for the next season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Jeff snapped a photo of the gold mirror at Kylie's, writing on Instagram that it was the first installation.
