As if we weren't already addicted to enough HGTV shows, Masters of Flip came onto our TVs and into our hearts when it debuted last year. Now, Dave and Kortney, the Nashville-based husband and wife house flippers, are gearing up to transform more real estate disasters into stunning family homes in season two, and we're excited about what the new episodes have in store.

So far, we know:

• There will be even bigger financial stakes
• The types of flips they're tackling will be more varied, and include several small historic homes
• Dave and Kortney will take on a brand-new challenge: their first ultra-modern house design
