One look at this ocean view, and it's clear that our cultural obsession with Friends paid off big time for Matthew Perry. He listed this ultrasleek Malibu beach home for $13.5 million before lowering it to $12.5 million and finally accepting $10.65 million. Taking into account that he purchased the property for $6.55 million in 2005 (after the 2004 Friends finale aired), it seems he still came out on top.
Sitting pretty on the Malibu coastline, this four-bedroom beach pad was turned into a sober-living house by Perry before eventually being listed. With several decks, a home theater, a meditation garden, and a lap pool overlooking the Pacific, we can't imagine a more epic place to recover, let alone live. While sliding glass walls pretty much fill the main floor, a more private wing houses the master suite (and the best views in the house). Check out this beach oasis for yourself!
