Midday Muse: Tree-Lined Teal

Every day on CasaSugar, I'll feature a photo I'm calling the Midday Muse to give you a little lunchtime inspiration.

Today, let's admire the tree-lined teal wall featured in the master suite of the 2007 San Francisco Decorator Showcase. I love the way the color and the tree-branch stencil add a playful twist to an otherwise formal bedroom.

I stuck my tongue out when I first saw this image. There are very few elements I like about this space. Just not my taste?

I love the turquoise on the walls and the tree branch. It's very cute and so glamorous. I love the glossy walls and the unexpected color pairings. It's adorable. I would have chosen some purple accents if it were me.

I love this room too! The overall look of it is great, but the tree mural is amazing. I would love to attempt something like that in my own bedroom.

I love this room it's so bright and cheerful. Elegant yet playful! The little touches of orange keep the teal from being over whelming.

This picture literally took my breath away! The wall colour is so amazing. And the little touches of orange are stunning - I would never have imagined orange in this room.

that really is a great color and the accents go great with it. It's looks like a very cozy room.

I love the use of deep colors like this and the tree graphic is a good substitute for a headboard.

That is beautiful. Very tranquil and refreshing but bright at the same time. The stenciling really sets it off nicely. It kind of softens it up a bit. The green from the plants and flower stems also tone down the intensity of the turquoise. Nice touch. If I were single (because my husband would never let me do this) I could totally see this look in a guest room.
