Mindy Kaling is not having the easiest time selling her Sunset Strip home [1]. The comedian bought the home in 2013 for $1.65 million, but since then she purchased another home in Beverly Woods. Apparently, a fixer-upper was not the project Mindy had in mind. After briefly listing the home for $2.6 million and later $2.35 million, Mindy took the home off the market. With a significant price cut, however, the property is back on the market for $1.9 million.

Situated on a hill with stunning views of downtown Los Angeles, Mindy's home has great potential. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home also has hardwood floors and huge windows. We're definitely a fan of the open planned kitchen connected to the living area. The next owner will certainly be pleased with the master bedroom's patio. Here's to hoping Mindy has moved in with her sometimes boyfriend, B.J. Novak.
