4 scoops Vanilla Pure Protein® Whey Powder
4 large egg whites
1/4 cup 2 percent milk
3 tablespoons clover honey, divided
1 banana, thinly sliced
1/2 cup pistachio pieces
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
To make pancake batter, whisk together Pure Protein®, egg whites, milk, and 1 tablespoon honey. Spray a pan lightly with cooking spray, and warm. Add dollops of batter to pan; top with banana slices. Meanwhile, heat another pan. Add 2 tablespoons honey, followed by pistachios. Toss to coat. Return to first pan, and flip pancakes until cooked through. Plate pancakes, topping with candied pistachios and yogurt.
1 cup apples, chopped
1/2 cup Anjou pear, chopped
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 cup ice
1/4 cup strawberries
1 scoop Vanilla Pure Protein® Whey Powder
Mix ingredients together in blender, and enjoy!
