As you can see my previous side table on the right was way too small for the master bedroom. This was because it was used in our last home where we had a platform bed. It just wasn't going to cut the mustard for the new room.
I found a side table at an auction. (It was dirty!) I put off refinishing the table because I just wasn't into cleaning it up. (Did I mention it was dirty?) I finally had to paint the table because I sold my small Ikea malm side table on Craigslist.
Here's what it looked like when I bought it.
(Can you believe the garbage that I found in it?) Keep reading to see how h2urhome renovated the table.
I wanted to keep it simple so all I did was paint it Benjamin Moore's Super White. The side table had no hardware and go figure they were not a standard size, so I simply used knobs I already had instead of handles. No filling the holes and sanding.
Sometimes it's just best to keep it simple! If you'd like to see more of my work, please feel free to stop over at House to Your Home.
