The condo/townhouse is part of a four unit, in-fill project from architect Mike Pitler in Oakland, CA. The townhouse was built using eco-friendly features, including solar panels, tankless water heaters, high-efficiency furnaces
with electronic air filtration, no/low v.o.c. interior finishes, permeable paving and landscaping, and natural building materials such as integral-color plaster, regionally harvested oak hardwood flooring, and stone floors and counters.
