Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick's relationship may be done, but Scott's foray into real estate is moving full speed ahead. Scott dropped $3.699 million on this sprawling Beverly Hills home [1] just days after Kourtney gave birth to their third child last December. While he reportedly purchased the home as a property flip [2], some doubted how profitable of a move it really was; he paid nearly twice what the home last sold for and its exquisitely finished interiors and landscaping don't exactly fit the "fixer-upper" stereotype. Then there were the rumors that it was going to be more of a bachelor pad than a business venture. Well, Scott has just proved the naysayers wrong. A year later, the 4,095-square-foot home has sold to Oklahoma City Thunder basketball player Russell Westbrook [3] for $4.65 million. That's quite a profit to make in such a short period of time.
