Founded by an unapologetic snail mail enthusiast, Nicely Noted sends out three handpicked letterpress cards — and stamps! — to subscribers each month for just $18. Imagine not having to scramble next time you realize that you need a card to accompany the baby shower gift or being able to follow through on your impulse to actually put pen to paper instead of just texting. If you love the idea but believe that email was invented to avoid ever licking stamps again, you can gift the subscription service ($36 for two months) for a friend who still enjoys the art of letter writing.
