Could You Live in a Tiny House? 172 Square Feet, to Be Exact

We never thought we'd see the day when small-space living was cool, but lately it's all the rage. Between studio living, sleek prefabs, and now tiny houses, the smaller the better! But really, how small is too small? Sure there are ways to add stylish storage to your studio and tricks to make the most of your urban patio, but compact living isn't for everyone.

We recently toured Sunset Magazine's tiny house, and although it's livable (and perfectly decorated!), it totals a mere 172 square feet. It's a great excuse to finally rid yourself of the clutter, embrace a more ecologically responsible way of living, or live in an area that might otherwise be outside your budget, but could you really do it?
