There aren't too many things I love more than a scented candle, which is why I have a bone to pick with everyone who never let me know that there's a grapefruit-scented candle available at Trader Joe's [1]. The candles were introduced in 2018 and are part of the grocery store's small selection of scented candles, which includes the Honeycrisp Apple candle [2] that was sold last Fall.
According to a product description, each delicious-smelling candle [3] is hand-poured into a tiny, convenient tin, and made from a coconut-soy wax blend with an added grapefruit scent. The candles are also paraben-free and made with lead-free cotton wicks that can burn consistently for up to 55 hours — just think of all the bubble baths you could take in that amount of time!
Trader Joe's grapefruit candles were available for a limited time last year, but according to a few recent posts on social media, they're available again in certain locations for just $4.
