I turned off all the lights .... and then proceeded to watch flatscreen tv. What can I say.

Global warming IS a scam. I refuse to propagate this man-made global warming myth. Besides which, I don't think we need an giant "event" to remind people to do things like turn off lights they aren't using. Just look at your electric bill.

No - global warming is a total scam.

Yep. As a very aware person I rarely ever leave lights on or am wasteful with energy. :)

I've been keeping the lights off all day today.

Of course! It is a small thing to do to help raise awareness of the small choices we can make in our daily lives that can have a cumulative impact.

No I won't be turning my lights off but I'll be the only one home so they only electricity on will be my bedroom light and my laptop. There will be thunderstorms tonight though so I will have lots of candles around just in case!

Inadvertently. We are having a power situation in our house and the only way to avoid crazy power surges is to keep as many things turned off as possible, including lights. We may actually be participating in "Earth Weekend".
