Your Refrigerator Door: Totally Bare or Covered in Stuff?

The front of your refrigerator probably says a lot about your decorating style. Some people leave it completely bare, while others cover the door in magnets, photos, and other stuff. What does yours look like?

I have this thing about only hanging things on the side of the fridge. The only item that hangs on the front of my fridge is a magnetic dishtowel.

I hate to admit it but mine is covered. I have a dry erase calendar and that's it, but my kids have everything on there. Lunch menus, friends phone numbers, drawings, report cards. When I try to take something off they just replace it.

I used to hate having anything on the refrigerator doors... Then, I began picking up a magnet during my travels and now I have the fridge partially covered in magnets from around the world. When I go get a glass of water, I get a reminder of the sights I've seen.

We have my cheesy magnets and magnetic notepads, my boyfriend's tech nerd magnetic poetry, the pup's kindergarten graduation certificate and other randomness.

Mine's just somewhere in between. It has magnets from my trips to the beach, and some random magnets from friends and family.

Generally, I see my fridge door as an indicator of my stress level. If everything is less than perfectly aligned at 90 degree angles, then you know something is wrong. I've an organizing mecca on my fridge door full of to do pads, magnetic file folders, and cutesy magnets.

It's stainless steel, so no fun can be had with it. Otherwise there would be a few magnets and pictures up.

why would you put pictures or notes on a fridge? keep it simple people. pictures belong in frames and notes belong on table tops

We have a few photos printed on inkjet magnet paper on our satin/stainless fridge. That way we can put up photos without magnets.

I hate refridgerators that are covered with mess but with children mine is "somewhere in between". Dr. appts., all my kids extracurricular activitie schedules and times, pictures that they draw and want hung up.
