Tiny Keeps Cozy
CS: I noticed that you used a radiator in the kitchen. Because of our mild climate in the Bay Area, we often use space heaters in our house, too. Do you find that this makes more sense in Alabama than central heating (and is that even common in AL)?
AV: Actually, central heat is more common here in AL, but with a $20k+ price tag and the fact our ceilings are so tall throughout the house, it just wasn't an option we wanted. In the living room we have a ventless gas heater and radiators in the kitchen and bedroom. While it might not be toasty warm 24/7, it doesn't take long to heat up!
