The bottom floor level is devoted to a "wellness center." The vaulted barrel ceiling was built to create a tranquil echo from the coal stone walls. Looking up from the tub is a glass bridge two floors up, which allows sunlight to travel to the bottom floor to surround the entire room with rich, natural lighting.

The kitchen is clean, sleek, and modern with a traditional twist by adding the hanging pot and pan rack above the kitchen island. The timber cabinets and the marble slab sinks are handmade and bespoke.
