Fresh Finish
Ingredients
- 2 ounces cachaca, like Cachaca 51 [6]
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
3/4 ounce carrot juice
3 ounces ginger beer
Ice
Candied ginger
Directions
- Add cachaca, juice, and syrup into an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously.
- Strain contents of shaker into a collins glass with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer, and garnish with a candied ginger.
Brooklynite
Ingredients
- 2 ounces cachaca, like Cachaca 51 [8]
4 dashes angostura bitters
3/4 ounce lime juice
3/4 ounce honey syrup
Ice
Lime wedge
Directions
- Pour all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
- Strain into a martini glass, and garnish with a lime wedge.
Only the Wise
Ingredients
- 2 ounces cachaca, like Cachaca 51 [10]
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce sage simple syrup
3/4 ounce pineapple juice
3 ounces seltzer
Ice
Pineapple leaf (for garnish)
Directions
- Pour cachaca, juices, and sage syrup into an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously.
- Pour into a collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with seltzer, and use a pineapple leaf as garnish.
