Demi Lovato [1] is proving she is the boss in the new music for Jax Jones's "Instruction" music video. The 25-year-old is showing everyone she knows how to "whine to left" and "sway to the right," and we are so here for it.

In the music video, Demi is rocking a bralette with tracksuit pants (it's the same outfit she posted on her Instagram [2] that made all of our jaws drop) and dancing her heart out like we've never seen her before. If you keep watching, you can also see that Demi changes into a ruffled yellow crop top and high-waisted floral pants. The girl looks so good, and we hope she knows it.
