Married life is relatively easy for Eva Longoria [1]. The actress and director recently caught up with People at an exclusive event for her Eva Longoria Home collection at JCPenney [2], and beyond her excitement for the new bedding and bath editions of her line, she had a few wonderful things to say about her husband, José Antonio Bastón [3].
"People ask us how it is being married now, but we were always married in our hearts and our souls," she said. "So the wedding was just a beautiful party to celebrate with everyone, but marriage-wise we just are still floating from three years of being together . . . Our wedding didn't change our relationship."
This isn't the first time Eva, who is directing an upcoming (and totally exciting) episode of Jane the Virgin [4], has gushed about her romantic life. She previously recounted the moment she first laid eyes on Pepe, telling People: "He was the most handsome man I'd ever seen. He was so charismatic, charming, sweet and funny. I thought, Who is this guy?!" How sweet!
