Frozen Mojitos Are a Thing and, Bye, We're Going to Happy Hour Now

Listen, we love a good frozen drink, but we've been sort of over the options for a while. Frozen margaritas? OK, yes, we'll have one. Frozen piña coladas? Fine. Frosé? Overdone, but we won't say no. And just when we were about to give up, this frozen mojito landed in our inbox and we just felt the need, dear reader, to share the amazing recipe with you.

The Frojito, created by the Otium Los Angeles bar director Chris Amirault, features two kinds of rum, lots of mint and lime juice, and just a bit of simple syrup to sweeten the deal. It takes maybe a minute to make and will impress absolutely everyone who comes to your place for drinks this Summer.
