Gina Rodriguez [1] stopped by Conan on Feb. 22, and the Jane the Virgin star [2] revealed something super interesting about herself during the late-night appearance. Gina, who is known for her fun-loving Instagram posts [3], actually managed to take her signature silly faces all the way to a government-issued ID: her driver's license.

That's right, even though you're technically not even allowed to smile during your (never-flattering) DMV photoshoot, Gina told Conan she got away with it by taking advantage of the "no retakes" rule.

The hilarious cross-eyed, tongue-out photo "got me out of every ticket," she said. "They'd pull me over and be like, 'Oh my god, this is you?! Do the face!' And then I'd do it, and they'd be like, 'Stop! Go — get outta here.'" Watch her recount the full story in the LOL-worthy video [4] above.
