The Easy 5-Step Workout That'll Leave You Feeling Toned For the Summer

We recently spoke to the fitness guru — who is currently working in partnership with Unilever on its empowering #100PorCientoTu campaign — about a quick, anytime workout everyone can do to stay healthy, flexible, and toned. She recommends that you do 10-20 reps of each of the following five exercises with little to no rest in between. When you've made it through one round (you've got this!), take a 60-second break and push through it all again three to six times.
