Jessica Alba [1] recently appeared on The Ellen Degeneres [2] Show to talk about the ongoing election, her successful empire, and how she doesn't go to the gym. Yes, you read that right.

Jessica was talking to Ellen about taking her little ones trick-or-treating [3] and said that all of the walking turned it into a sort of workout. She said, "I didn't even need to go to the gym — not like I go to the gym." Understandably, Ellen was stunned. After Jessica again insisted that she doesn't go to the gym often, Ellen sarcastically added, "Yeah, you really look horrible. I was going to tell you, you should start taking care of yourself because you've really let yourself go."

But what about her recent Shape cover [4]? After Ellen brought out the magazine, Jessica hilariously recreated her cover pose and said, "You know how you cover the bits? And you know how to do the thing? So that's what I was doing."
