Olympic medalist Laurie Hernandez continued her dancing winning streak [2], taking this season of Dancing With the Stars' first perfect score on Oct. 3, and we're going to say her warmup probably played a role in getting her pumped up for her big Cirque Week performance to Michael Jackson's "The Way You Make Me Feel." [3]

In a video posted by Laurie on her Instagram [4], we can see the Puerto-Rican-American gymnast [5] bouncing on a trampoline, doing the splits, pirouetting, and flipping like it's no big deal — when you've won gold and silver at the Olympics [6], we're guessing it's not.
