When MAC sent over part of the upcoming and highly anticipated Selena makeup collection [1] (launching Oct. 6 but available for preorder by MAC Select members [2]), we knew there was only one thing to do: swipe every single product!

Just like you, we've been impatiently waiting to get our hands on the lipsticks and eye shadows since we took a peek at the first photos of the collection [3] — with names like Como La Flor [4] and Fotos y Recuerdos, how could we not? We needed to see the payoff of each color product, but also find out what each shade looks like against different skin tones. So, in the name of journalism, we recruited three of our editors to model the makeup we received.
