Sofia Vergara is not one to keep things to herself. The Modern Family star, who lives by the motto #NoPainNoCake [2], is giving us a hilarious peek at her workout routine again. Announcing her new Snapchat account [3], Sofia shared a short video of her weight lifting with a caption that couldn't keep things more real: "Getting ready to eat potatoe salad on July 4th."

If her recent Game of Thrones season finale party was any indication of what's to come at her Independence Day celebration, there will be plenty of treats to munch on, too. The actress went all out with a cake that read "Valar Morghulis" [4] (all men must die), a popular GOT phrase. We can't wait to see how Sofia decorates her house [5] on Monday — we expect lots of red, white, and blue [6].
