Candid mom Zoe Saldana has worked hard for her fit postpregnancy body [3] and wants you to know it. The Dominican actress, who is always candid about her struggles to raise twins Cy and Bowie while keeping a heavy workload [4], took to Instagram to share a photo of herself looking incredible in one of her old Guardians of the Galaxy costumes, saying:
"Holy S---! You guys, I had to share this, this is one of the old #guardiansofthegalaxy costumes that I wore back in 2013. After twins I can't believe I was able to slip into this [. . .] It pays off to work hard! I mean it mommies of the world, if I did it you can too."
This isn't the first time Zoe has spread a positive message of strength to new moms. Earlier in the year, she told People [5] that her best advice for new moms trying to get back in shape was to "be easy on yourself and embrace the place you're at in life," and on her Instagram — which is filled with adorable moments shared with her boys [6] — she said for her it was all about determination and hard work [7].
