The Old Cuban was hands down my favorite cocktail of the ones I tried. If I were a drink, I would be this one: strong, smooth, not too intense but waiting for the right moment to really surprise you. It's a little sour but also sweet, and fun and sparkly to top it off.
Ingredients:
Method: Muddle the lime juice, syrup, and mint in a mixing glass. Add the rum, bitters, and ice, and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass and top with the Martini & Rossi Prosecco and garnish with a mint leaf.
