devine, how could you possibly say Hilary and Obama are neo-cons. Paul isn't a democrat...he is a Republican in the true sense of the word. He is against most aspects of Federal government..including things like the Department of Education, etc. I think that one of the reasons our government is set up the way it is, is because there are things we NEED to do as a society that we can't do as individuals (national defense, national standards of education for our children, disaster relief, etc.).

Why does the results not talk about the fact that Congressman Paul got second place? That's a huge victory for team Paul. Honestly, why are people supporting Hillary or Obama? They're both neo-cons along the same lines as Huckabee and McCain. No change there...

I like Obama more than Hilary for a number of reasons. One of which is that her health care plan does not address the Drug Companies at all. How can someone look at our health care system in an intelligent way, and completely ignore one major reason for the skyrocketing costs? She seems way too much in the hands of big companies.

oinkoink, I hate Hilary because she IS a progressive, and has socialist views which I do not share at all. I want a smaller government, not larger. I don't share her views on pretty much anything. I could go into it more, but don't feel it is necessary. I will say, I am educated on her, and I don't like her. In fact I will go as far to say I despise the woman. Although oddly enough I did find myself defending her today on an article I read. Go figured.

According to CNN the dem. need 2,025 delegates for the nom. Hilarry has 210 and Obama has 123. :D, Obama is not in the lead

alohaey9, I was just going to say that. Obama won more delegates, why doesn't anyone mention that? He's actually in the lead.

if people have to question why "so many people hate her," then we can safely assume hilary doesn't have anywhere near the potential to inspire people like sen. obama does. i think for most people, it's not about her being a phony/b*tch/etc., it's about moving past the status quo. we don't need another professional politician in the white house. we need real, fundamental change that will bring people together. hilary can't do it. she is from one of the most powerful political dynasties in america. only sen. obama can.

Yay Hil!!!!! I just wonder if Brack obama was a WASP would he be this successful?? i feel his rce and her gender have played too large a role in this whole process overshadowing a lot more important issues.

I am a Hillary supporter and I don't understand why so many people hate her. If you have a valid reason then fine but most people just say, oh she's a bitch or she's a fake and a phony. Sorry, but that's not a good enough excuse. I think she would make a great president and if you are a progressive then you should support any Democratic candidate that wins the nomination. I like Kucinich too but unfortunately he is not a mainstream candidate who is electable. But congratulations to Hillary and I hope she wins on Super Tuesday.

I am a big supporter of Obama. Tonight was disappointing, but I think the more people hear about his stance on issues, the more people will support him. He gives a very detailed account of his stance on about 20 different issues on his website. I think the democrats are so lucky to have so many good candidates. I think an Obama/Edwards ticket would be revolutionary. I also think that if Edwards were to drop out, his votes would go to Obama and he would get the nomination.
alohaey9 alohaey9 9 years
an obama/clinton ticket would be better! that is, unless you want another republican in the white house for another 8 years. let's not forget that obama is still winning the primary race in terms of delegates. that's what the media should be focusing more on and educating people about.
