While everyone is twiddling their thumbs waiting for Aziz Ansari's new book Modern Romance to come out on June 16, I've been lucky enough to get my hands on a copy. Spoiler alert: it's brilliant. Don't expect a memoir filled with jokes; Aziz did some serious research to understand how romance works in this day and age. Statistics and studies get a refreshing update by being told through Aziz's comedic point of view. It's exciting to think that people are going to absorb important findings about society in an entertaining way.
