Small doesn't have to mean boring. Nesheena and Tim tied the knot at the gorgeous Santa Barbra Courthouse and Sunken Gardens in front of a small gathering of friends and family. Although intimate, their courthouse nuptials [1] included the perfect wedding details, like the wooden arch made by the groom himself. Even a little rain couldn't take away from their perfect ceremony.
