5 Ways to Stay in Love With Your Partner

Dear Poll: Only One Guarantee

There are no guarantees in life -- you can just hope for the best and live your life to the fullest everyday. But what if you could guarantee one thing for your child? After living your own life, knowing what really matters, would you be able to choose? It's a tough question, I know. What I want to know is, if you could rest assured that your child would be successful in only one aspect of their life, what would you want for him or her?

I chose love because it really is the only thing that I feel is secure in my life right now. I hope that it stays that way. <3

Self confidence is soo important. Second vote would be a toss up between a happy marriage/finding true love, and healthy children. These are all things we wish for those we love.

I myself say that it's important that my child be healthy (and his/her children too). Healthy mentally and physically. Healthy mentalities will help foster those other "guarantees." Physical health would help prevent loss in the family, whether that loss is a loved one, financial loss, or career loss. I am a strong believer in Maslow's hierarchy as you can see. Haha

I'm not sure how to answer this, as I do have a son. Of course I would want him to have EVERY single one of those...so picking just one is really hard. But I would have to say...healthy children. Because when you have children, you realize what true love is. Your career is being a parent. Which gives you self confidence. The financial security when you have children? Not so much. :P

I voted for true love. I believe as a parent, it would be a great feeling to know my child is in love and happy.
