I usually write in a journal, or I'll share it with my two best friends. My mom and myself are not that close.

I am actually envious of people who still have their mums :) My mum is in heaven now. I'm sure she is looking over me though.

My mum, mostly. She's the only one I really trust to keep my secrets. Most people outside don't know how emotional I really am. Otherwise, I'll turn to my younger sister if I have to vent. Another option's my best friend.

It used to be my boyfriend and my Mom that got me through everything. But my mother died and while I still turn to my boyfriend for everything, I still miss the comfort I could get from my mother on anything I needed to talk about.

i voted for "family" but that also includes my husband and my best friend (who is like my sister). it's always either one of them or my mom.

Alone in bed watching stupid sit coms or smoking in a cafe (i don't smoke normally). Or talk to my husband (but sometimes men just don't get it). If I hit rock bottom I sleep a lot and when I wake up I go out for a swim or for a long walk.

It depends on what the crisis is- sometimes it's my mom, other times it's my boyfriend.
