Do Tell: How Do You Flirt?

Do you consider yourself a flirt? According to Time magazine, we are all programed to flirt either biologically or culturally. Flirting can be anything from a quick glance to a suggestive conversation, and everything in between. Since flirting is just a part of life, regardless of your relationship status, ladies do tell, what's your flirting technique? Have you perfected your sultry gaze or do you know just the right thing to say when a cute guy catches your eye?

I don't even realize I'm doing it sometimes, either. But I always laugh at their jokes, maintain eye contact, and hold their gaze when there's a pause in the conversation. You really don't need to do anything more than that! And anything more obvious can be unattractive sometimes!

I honestly have no idea...but it's hard being the "funny" girl all the time in a group. At times it feels like people are laughing at your jokes that actually taking a real interest in you... :?

Before I was married, I would go out to the bars almost every night with my friends...I wasn't much of a flirt unless someone really caught me eye. Then I would just go talk to them...I've always been straight-forward with guys if I'm interested. Usually, though, guys would approach me and I'd be stuck having to make small talk with them while they tried to flirt. Ugh.

I don't think I flirt at all. I do give compliments so that can come off as flirting. It's easier for me to 'flirt' with someone that I'm not really interested in than one I actually like. Maybe it's just my shy side. Otherwise, I laugh at their jokes a lot.

Not to sound arrogant, but I'm naturally charming. I enjoy interacting with other people, and experiencing the different chemistries between me and others. This applies to men (relationship hopefuls) and women (friendship hopefuls). There are no specific behaviors that I do. I simply am charming or flirtatious. Of course, now that I'm married, I only flirt with my husband.

Oh lord, it's been awhile but I think I'm a smidgen aggressive but coy as well. I always use the pout and batting of the eyes as back up. Hahahaha.

I toy with that line between friendly and suggestive. It's fun.

Im not really a big flirter. I generally get annoyed when men come up to me with random pickup lines. Unless he has something very witty and/or intriguing I will just brush him off. Though some guys take my aloof attitude as flirting.

i used to be very very shy and never wanted anyone to know i was interested in them, but now i flirt alot! i naturally just find alot of things funny which works for me because guys love when a girl laughs at their jokes. and i make alot of eye contact from across the room... if i'm feeling brave i'll go introduce myself and just ask them alot of questions. i find that making good conversation with a guy will show if there is chemistry or not and usually that leads to more than if i were to throw myself at him!

I'm usually very smiley and touchy, but lots of times I flirt without realizing and sometimes that creates big issues:P.

hmmm cant really remember much, but i do remember that i was never the initiator with a stranger, my flirting even seemed non existant cuz it was so subtle, and i know this sounds very cocky but i never really needed to resort to flirting....just being me has seemed to attract plentyyy more than i would wish for.

I'm pretty sure I'm just friendly. That seems to work.

I think I flirt without knowing it, too. There are a couple things I'll do on purpose though - laughing at his jokes, keeping an attached gaze longer than normal, crossing and uncrossing my legs. Now that I think about it, these are things that I just naturally do anyways! I'm a people watcher, so maybe it gets mistaken as flirting.

I have no idea. I've been told that I "flirt with the wallpaper"... I guess to some it just comes naturally?

I think that I am terrible at flirting, but I have charm in my own way according to male friends. I am just myself honestly; I would laugh way too hard and ruin the "feel" if I were to knowingly try to be flirty.
yea ii biite my bottom lip or ii juss look at them over the top ov my glasses and flash my pearly whites =]

People tell me my smile is my best feature... I mean, it probably is, because that's what attracted my previous boyfriends in the first place...?

Ms Dior Cherie hit the nail on the head. I also tend to mirror the person's body language. :)
