It depends on the situation, but some things that work for me: going for a walk, listening to my favourite music, going shopping, watching comedies, hanging out with my family, going to work and keeping busy. Oh, and there's always chocolate.

Well ya know ....i do a little Britney every now & then. Topped off with a bit of Lindsey with a touch of Nicole ...so, yeah. Go get my fly weave put in, meet up with the girls for sushi, call my dealer(powder my nose), then hit the streets of Hollywood until like 5 or 6 in the morning ....jus keepin it real.

Sometimes I go shopping, but that doesn't always help, when things don't fit right and I can't find anything that makes me feel worse. And I like to watch stupid Japanese tv shows and Japanese boyband videos, as they are always so funny and laughing always makes me feel better(I do study Japanese so that might explain my fascination for these things).
