Do Tell: What Female Trait Would you Change?

Being a woman is amazing, we have the honor of bearing children, we are sensitive and compassionate, we get to be feminine and girly whenever we want, but at the same time, as women, we suffer through our periods every month, we have to fight for job equality, and have to keep up with the Jones' in terms of weight, fashion and status. So ladies, if you had to abolish one female characteristic to make your life easier, do tell, what would you change?

I wish I could stop being natually drawn to shopping and save money.

that we feel we have to be "perfect" (no cellulite, skinny, tall, flawless skin) to be considered beautiful. Because in reality when are those really possible for women not blessed with fast metabolisms, model height and have blemish prone skin? Periods I can deal with thanks to Motrin and tampons.

I actually don't mind periods -- they feel cleansing, in a weird way. I would probably change the structure of our anatomy -- we're just not geared to orgasm as easily as our male counterparts. No fair!

I wish women were not so emotional that sometimes they go completely irrational and bonkers. I am not like that at all, and I can't stand women who are! Think clearly and be logical!

our lack of confidence-- yes, our insecurity and body image issues. but maybe we should be changing the media instead!

Being on your period. Everything else I think I can deal with.

Definitely the gossip and jealousy factor, I'll admit, I am a jealous girl at times, which of course leads to gossip. Aside from that, I'd want to get rid of periods/menopause and cellulite.

I would like to get rid of the tendency of women to tear each other down rather then help each other. I don't think every woman does this, but it is a very common occurence.

jealousy and insecurities... and comparing yourself to every other girl out there, even though you know they are doing the same thing.. as happy as i am with myself, i also find myself looking at someone else thinking... awe i like her cute little body i want that one instead!

I'd go with my left arm. I rarely use it.

I think everyone has great ideas. It is hard to pick something you would give up that is naturally apart of you. It is like saying "if you had to remove an arm, which one would you pick?"

a lot of women i know will almost immediately think with her emotions rather than with reasoning. i'm in law school, so i'm actually being taught how to hone the reasoning aspect everyday, but sometimes i definitely will go on emotion rather than what is probably reasonable. then i can't have a proper argument and end up almost to tears and looking ridiculous (and, yes, it's pretty much always in my romantic relationship. ugh.)

competition between women. and the stereotype that women are weaker than man and therefore easy to take advantage of.

i am happy with my body. What feminine thing that i would change would be cramps. Men do not get them, and, they hurt. I think a lot of my friends are happy with their bodies as well. i think it has to do with being positive and supportive of each other. we do not criticize other women we see.

I don't even care about the periods, I'd just get rid of the cramps and PMS that accompany them.

I would change a physcial trait. No more periods.

OH wow...this is tough! I would change the jealosy and wanting to be perfect and comparing yourself to every other female out there. It weighs a girl down emotionally...
