
Anybody who braves urban public transit on a daily basis can tell you that the subway is filled with interesting characters. People-watching during daily commute hours is a common pastime, and on rare occasions it can actually pay off! Scott Sparrow, a London resident who regularly documents his trips [1] on "The Tube," was lucky enough to witness one of these gems — and thanks to Facebook, the rest of the world can enjoy the experience. When a middle-aged man slut-shamed a younger woman on the train, he probably didn't expect to receive any flak for his unnecessary, hurtful opinion . . . but thanks to an elderly passenger, he learned his lesson.

Thank goodness for women like this one, who simply don't have tolerance for sexism. If only somebody like her could ride on every train in every city, commuting would be a much more tolerable affair!
