Sara and Tal's outdoor wedding took place at the bottom of Squaw Valley in Northern California. The photographer described the setting as "beautiful and rustic," with horse stables and a meadow as the backdrop, and a Native American ceremony. The groom surprised the bride with a helicopter ride to the peak of the mountain in Tahoe where they first met, and some wedding guests even parachuted in to the ceremony wearing masks of presidents — a not-so-subtle Point Break reference.
Friends and family pitched in for some onstage entertainment, and the even bride herself took the spotlight, rocking out with guests to Guns N' Roses. With cowboy boots, line dancing, horses, and sunshine (not to mention homemade desserts from family members and wedding guests) — the whole event was the perfect mix of chic and simple, in a beautiful country setting.
