Times, they are a-changin', and the marketing campaigns from prominent brands are starting to reflect those changes in wonderful ways. Jeweler Tiffany & Co. [1] joined other companies like Target [2] and Banana Republic [3] in showing its support for gay marriage with its new "Will You?" ad campaign. The engagement ad includes a handsome real-life gay couple on the steps of a brownstone. The supersweet caption for the photo reads, "Will you promise to never stop completing my sentences or singing off-key, which I'm afraid you do often? And will you let today be the first sentence of one long story that never, ever ends?" Love it.

A spokesperson for the company told Elle [4] that "nowadays, the road to marriage is no longer linear . . . True love can happen more than once with love stories coming in a variety of forms." Tiffany & Co. aims to take a more modern approach to engagements, marriage, and romance. Hopefully more companies will follow its lead and help normalize the representation of all types of love and lifestyles.
