I agree elleZ! When animals that young are handled away from their mother they lose her scent and when they get back with her it can have dire consequences :( . It's not uncommon for a monther cat, dog, or rabbit (most animals and birds actually) to reject their own babies after they are handled and sometimes it's worse and she will actually kill or eat them. Whoever took this pic has a few screws loose and needs to crack open an animal education book or puupy rearing manual.
